Mental Health Partial Hospitalization

Mental illness is one of the few health problems that often has a degree of shame associated with it. At Harmony Oaks Recovery Center, we are devoted to more than mental health treatment. Yes, we treat depression, anxiety, trauma, disordered eating and more. But we also help our clients overcome feelings of shame and nurture their sense of self-love. We believe this is a too often neglected, but critical part of the recovery process.

Our focus is on healing our clients and empowering them with new understanding and insights into their conditions. As a part of the Harmony Healing Group family, we deliver evidence-based mental health treatment. This means we rely upon methods which have been proved effective by peer-reviewed clinical research. We believe that self-knowledge and an understanding of your own diagnosis is a crucial part of the recovery process.

Harmony Oaks mental health treatment gives clients the choice of living at home locally or staying at our beautiful recovery residences near our clinical campus. Treatment at the Partial-Hospitalization or PHP level includes a full day of treatment, much like an inpatient program provides. Group and individual therapy are included along with wellness focused activities such as meditation and yoga.
