At Harmony Oaks Recovery Center, we provide a patient-centered approach to addiction treatment and mental health services to put you on the path to a successful and long-lasting recovery.
Set in the serene foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and along the Tennessee River of Chattanooga, Tennessee, our intimate 20 bed center offers true respite from the outside world so you can focus fully on your healing and growth. Placing emphasis on daily group activities, individualized treatments, and comprehensive family therapy, our program is designed to foster a sense of community and human connection.

Outpatient detox
The outpatient medical detox program provides patients in Chattanooga, Tennessee with the proper structure, support and medication to eliminate the body of drugs and alcohol.
The focus of this process is to reverse the physical dependency returning the body to normal function in order for the patient to being the next phase of care where we treat the individual’s substance abuse causation.
partial hospitalization (php)
The partial hospitalization program (PHP) level of care in Chattanooga is an alternative to residential/inpatient treatment that provides comprehensive, evidence based case for people who need continuous support for both the physical and psychological effects of mental illness or substance abuse.
Intensive outpatient (iop)
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides patients with the next phase of clinical care while reestablishing responsibility, community and self care. During this transition patients will receive structure, support and continued therapy to build the foundation for a life long recovery.
Transitional living and outpatient services continue to offer patients who have successfully graduated our program support and structure. This process may include sober living, continued therapy or simply just participation in our alumni group. We work to meet our patients where they are at in order to provide the care that will give them the best chance at restoring their full quality of life.
Life long recovery is achieved through staying connected and taking steps at an individual pace.
